SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED

A Mission of Assisting Low-Income  in Solving their Immigration  Challenges

Orpe Human Rights Advocates is waiting for the recognition and accreditation of its staff members by the BIA. The organization will start providing free or nominal fees for immigration legal services as soon as its recognition and staff members accreditation approved. The initiative focuses on assisting individuals and families who are unable to afford the services of a private lawyer. This is a humanitarian project, services are expected to be provided for free or nominal fees regardless of race, religion, sex, nationality, or ethnic origin. The initiative's goal consists of assisting families and individuals in finding solutions to the immigration challenges they face.  The project pretends to reserve much time for qualified detainee families and children,  refugees/asylee integration, citizenship integration, asylum, and removal defense. Services will be ranging from consultations; limited to full representation. OHRA is working on deploying a platform of professional practice in the immigration setting. The goal is to facilitate the hiring the services of pro bono attorneys, and retired attorneys who are willing to assist qualified families or clients facing serious challenges in deportation or ICE detention centers.
