Regional Field Organizational Structure of Orpe Human Rights Advocates

Orpe Human Rights Advocates (ORPE-HRA) operates as a global faith-based humanitarian and advocacy organization dedicated to restoring human dignity, justice, and reconciliation across nations. Its regional field organizational structure is designed to translate the organization’s divine mission and global goals into locally effective and contextually relevant actions.

At the apex of the structure, the International Executive Director - under the guidance of the Board of Trustees and Council of Spiritual Governors - provides strategic, doctrinal, and operational leadership. This central office ensures alignment between faith-based principles and human rights frameworks across all regional programs.

The organization functions through six regional offices:
-
Africa (Nairobi, Kenya)
-
Asia (Manila, Philippines)
-
Europe (Geneva, Switzerland)
-
Latin America (São Paulo, Brazil)
-
Middle East (Amman, Jordan)
-
United States (Washington, D.C.)

Each regional office is led by a Regional Executive Director and supported by a Regional Governing Council, ensuring accountability, partnership coordination, and program integration within local contexts.

Regional operations are implemented through five core program divisions reflecting OHRA’s foundational pillars:
-
Human Dignity & Justice
-
Social Transformation & Empowerment
-
Humanitarian Response & Resilience
-
Faith, Reconciliation & Peacebuilding
-
Education, Research & Ethics
These divisions collaborate through shared support systems—finance, resource mobilization, communications, and monitoring to ensure operational excellence and moral integrity.
Together, this regional field structure embodies a faith-driven global framework that balances central coordination with local autonomy, empowering OHRA to uphold human rights, advance social justice, and nurture reconciliation across diverse regions of the world.
