1. Overview

Orpe Human Rights Advocates is a global faith-based organization guided by the divine call to restore human dignity through advocacy, humanitarian action, education, and moral renewal. The regional operational framework ensures that this divine mandate is implemented efficiently across diverse contexts through six regional offices: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States; each functioning as a hub of faith-driven humanitarian leadership.

The regional system is designed to translate OHRA’s five global pillars: Human Dignity and Justice, Social Transformation, Humanitarian Response, Faith and Reconciliation, and Education and Ethics into localized programs and measurable outcomes that reflect both divine principles and international human rights standards.

2. Leadership and Governance

The International Executive Director (IED) provides overarching leadership, strategic direction, and doctrinal alignment across all regions. Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees / Council of Spiritual Governors, the IED ensures that global vision, spiritual integrity, and professional governance converge at every operational level.

Each Regional Executive Director (RED) leads a Regional Governing Council and oversees the implementation of programs that address regional priorities while maintaining coherence with global standards and theological principles. This system guarantees that every regional initiative, whether humanitarian, social, or educational—remains an expression of the divine mission.

3. Regional Program System

Each regional office operates through five core program divisions derived from OHRA’s international structure:

  1. Division of Human Dignity & Justice (DHJ)

    • Promotes human rights education, legal aid, and policy reform.

    • Supports advocacy for marginalized and oppressed communities.

    • Regional programs focus on governance, anti-corruption, and access to justice.

  2. Division of Social Transformation & Empowerment (DSTE)

    • Implements livelihood, education, and social inclusion programs.

    • Addresses regional poverty and unemployment challenges.

    • Focuses on gender equity, youth development, and leadership formation.

  3. Division of Humanitarian Response & Resilience (DHRR)

    • Coordinates regional emergency response and disaster resilience programs.

    • Manages relief distribution, post-conflict recovery, and community rehabilitation.

    • Builds networks for crisis preparedness in collaboration with local faith groups.

  4. Division of Faith, Reconciliation & Peacebuilding (DFRP)

    • Leads interfaith dialogue, spiritual reconciliation, and peace mediation.

    • Promotes healing, forgiveness, and restoration among divided communities.

    • Integrates moral values into social and political transformation.

  5. Division of Education, Research & Ethics (DERE)

    • Establishes regional research and training institutes.

    • Develops educational curricula on human rights and moral leadership.

    • Partners with universities and theological institutions to shape ethical governance.

4. Regional Administrative and Support System

To sustain program efficiency and accountability, each regional office includes administrative units:

  • Finance & Resource Mobilization Division (FRM) for financial governance and donor engagement.

  • Human Resources & Volunteer Development Division (HRVD) for capacity-building and servant leadership formation.

  • Communications, Advocacy & Public Affairs Division (CAPA) for visibility, digital engagement, and public awareness.

  • Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) for results-based management and continuous improvement.

These support systems ensure that regional actions are transparent, data-driven, and spiritually guided.

5. Regional Integration and Coordination

Regional offices operate under a unified operational matrix that balances autonomy with accountability. The International Executive Office provides guidance, policy frameworks, and oversight mechanisms while empowering regional directors to contextualize initiatives based on cultural and socio-political realities.

Regular inter-regional forums, digital platforms, and leadership summits foster cross-regional learning, innovation, and doctrinal consistency, strengthening OHRA’s collective mission of restoring human dignity through faith and justice.

6. Strategic Vision and Impact

The regional operational system transforms the divine mandate into practical, scalable actions. It:

  • Strengthens human rights advocacy rooted in moral truth.

  • Builds resilient communities through education, empowerment, and peace.

  • Fosters ethical leadership grounded in divine justice and compassion.

  • Promotes interfaith unity as a path toward lasting peace and reconciliation.

Through this system, OHRA embodies a holistic model of faith-based humanitarian governance ensuring that each regional office functions as a “Light House of Human Dignity” serving nations with truth, justice, and mercy.
