Restoring Divine Harmony: Reclaiming Moral Leadership for Justice and Peace
Executive Summary
Across nations and institutions, leadership is experiencing a deep moral and spiritual rupture. Decisions that shape societies are increasingly detached from divine truth, ethical accountability, and reverence for God. This crisis has produced weakened ethical standards, erosion of human dignity, neglect of the vulnerable, and a growing separation between spiritual values and public governance.

Orpe Human Rights Advocates exists to confront this crisis with prophetic clarity and redemptive purpose. Through faith-based human rights advocacy, leadership formation, moral education, and public engagement, OHRA works to restore harmony between authority and God’s divine design. This project, Restoring Divine Harmony, seeks to re-anchor leadership and governance in Christ-centered wisdom, biblical truth, and divine law, ensuring that power is exercised with justice, humility, and accountability to God.

With donor and partner support, OHRA will equip leaders, institutions, and communities to integrate moral clarity into decision-making, protect vulnerable populations, and advance justice and peace in alignment with God’s higher purposes.
Problem Statement and Justification
Contemporary societies face a profound leadership deficit rooted not merely in technical failure, but in spiritual disorientation. Governance systems increasingly reflect moral relativism rather than absolute truth, resulting in:
-
The erosion of ethical standards in leadership and public service
-
Policies and practices that undermine human dignity and marginalize the poor
-
Confusion between divine truth and subjective moral frameworks
-
A widening gap between faith-based values and public decision-making

Many leaders lack safe and structured spaces for spiritual reflection, moral formation, and faith-informed guidance. Consequently, authority is often exercised without reverence for God, producing unjust systems that burden the poor, silence the voiceless, and normalize corruption.
This moment demands a prophetic intervention. OHRA responds to this need by serving as a moral compass—advocating for truth, shaping conscience, and calling leaders back to God-centered governance rooted in Christ’s teachings and divine law.
Program Goal and Objectives
Overall Goal
To unveil God’s truth and divine purpose for the world, reconcile humanity and nations to His will, and establish justice and peace through prophetic, biblical, and mystical teaching.

Specific Objectives
-
Reveal God’s Purpose and Truth
Deliver teaching that unveils divine mysteries, including the contrast between the Tree of Life and the forces of chaos (Qliphoth), guiding individuals toward divine order. -
Promote Spiritual Literacy
Equip individuals and communities with biblical, mystical, and prophetic understanding to discern God’s will and reject moral confusion. -
Reconcile Leaders to God’s Will
Train global, national, and community leaders to govern in alignment with divine principles, ethical accountability, and servant leadership. -
Advance Peace and Justice
Develop initiatives that apply God’s truth to heal division, promote justice, defend human dignity, and restore social harmony. -
Establish Global Faith Networks
Unite churches, prophetic voices, and faith-based organizations to collaboratively guide humanity under God’s will and moral order.
Theory of Change
If humanity, leaders, and communities are exposed to God’s revealed truth and divine purpose through biblical, mystical, and prophetic teaching, then they will reject the forces of chaos (Qliphoth) and embrace the Tree of Life. This transformation occurs because the principle of “As Above, So Below” ensures that when divine order is embraced on earth, societies realign with God’s will. As a result, justice prevails, peace is restored, human dignity is protected, and nations are reconciled to divine truth. (Edward Tusamba).
