OHRA Leadership & Functional Structure
The Orpe Human Rights Advocates Leadership and Management Functional Structure establish a comprehensive, faith-inspired governance framework designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and spiritual integrity across all operations and programs. Rooted in the doctrines of divine justice, human dignity, and servant leadership, the structure integrates spiritual oversight with humanitarian professionalism to fulfill the organization’s mission of Restoring Human Dignity as a Divine Mandate.

At the apex, the Governing Leadership Level comprising the International Governing Council, Board of Trustees, Spiritual Advisory Council, and Executive President/Chief Humanitarian Officer provides moral authority, strategic vision, and doctrinal guidance. The Executive Management Level translates these directives into strategic action through specialized departments overseeing programs, advocacy, partnerships, finance, and communications.

The Program and Field Management Level implement initiatives across national and regional contexts, guided by principles of equity, faith in action, and community empowerment. Oversight and ethical compliance are maintained by the Advisory, Accountability, and Audit Structure, which ensures transparency, stewardship, and spiritual renewal among leadership and staff. Finally, the Field-Level Community Structure anchors ORPE-HRA’s mission at the grassroots through local human rights advocates, interfaith leaders, and empowerment committees.

Together, these interlinked tiers create a cohesive system that unites divine governance, institutional accountability, and humanitarian service, ensuring ORPE-HRA fulfills its divine and moral commitment to justice, compassion, and the restoration of human dignity globally.
