Coordinated Crisis Services Framework

Direct operational services are frontline, client-facing interventions delivered by OHRA staff and partners to stabilize crises, protect rights, restore dignity, and support long-term self-sufficiency through an integrated, case-managed model.

I. Crisis Intake, Assessment & Case Management Services
