Human Rights Advocates
Order for Restoring Peace on Earth (ORPE)
Restoring Human Dignity: A Divine Mandate
A Global Call to Unite Faith, Law, and Inclusive Action Wherever Justice Breaks Down.

Building Justice Capacity for Fair and Impartial Justice
Executive Summary
ORPE Human Rights Advocates implements doctrine-driven justice capacity building programs in autocratically driven states where courts are captured, prosecutions politicized, and defense rights suppressed. By training justice actors, reinforcing institutional safeguards, and aligning domestic practice with international and divine law standards, the program restores impartial justice and protects human dignity.
Problem Statement
Autocratic systems weaponize courts to entrench power, criminalize dissent, and erode public trust. Judges lack independence, prosecutors serve political masters, and defense counsel are obstructed, resulting in systemic human rights violations.
